1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Adversarix Inc. (“Adversarix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with our website at adversarix.io and related marketing, sales, and recruiting activities (collectively, the “Site”).
This policy does not govern the Adversarix platform (the “Platform”). Data that our customers submit to, or that is processed through, the Platform is handled solely as directed by the customer under the applicable Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. With respect to that data, Adversarix acts as a processor (or service provider) and not as a controller. Customers seeking information about Platform data handling should refer to their agreement with us or contact privacy@adversarix.io.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you submit directly to us, including when you request a demo, contact sales, subscribe to updates, register for an event or webinar, download content, or apply for a role. This may include:
- Name and job title
- Business email address and business phone number
- Company name, industry, and approximate organization size
- The content of messages or inquiries you send us
- Information contained in a resume or job application, where you apply for employment
We do not request or intend to collect sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not submit government identifiers, financial account information, health information, or credentials through Site forms or email.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser type, operating system, and device characteristics
- Referring URL and pages viewed, including timestamps and time on page
- Interactions with the Site, such as links clicked and forms started or submitted
We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.
2.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive business contact information and firmographic data from third-party sources, including business data providers, event and conference organizers, professional networking platforms, and referral partners. We use this information for the purposes described in Section 3.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and pilot discussions
- Communicate about our products, services, events, and research
- Administer, secure, operate, and improve the Site
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Evaluate candidates for employment
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
3.1 Legal Bases (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. You may object to this processing as described in Section 10.
4. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information to:
- Service providers and processors that perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, email delivery, event management, and applicant tracking. These parties are contractually restricted from using personal information for their own purposes.
- Professional advisors, including legal counsel, accountants, and auditors, where necessary.
- Legal and regulatory recipients, where we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Adversarix, our users, or others.
- Parties to a corporate transaction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. Personal information may be transferred as a business asset in such a transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money.
6. International Data Transfers
Adversarix is headquartered in the United States, and personal information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in a country whose data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country not subject to an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Our retention periods depend on the type of information and the context of collection. Contact information collected for sales and marketing purposes is generally retained until you opt out or until the information becomes stale, whichever comes first. Candidate information is retained for 12 months following a hiring decision.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures are appropriate to the nature of the information we collect through the Site.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is directed to businesses and business professionals and is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@adversarix.io and we will delete it.
10. Your Rights and Choices
10.1 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us. We will continue to send transactional and relationship messages, such as responses to your inquiries.
10.2 EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, and a portable copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10.3 U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information
- Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling
- Appeal a denial of your request
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Note that several state privacy laws exclude personal information processed in a business-to-business or employment context; where an exclusion applies, the rights above may be limited.
10.4 Submitting a Request
Submit requests to privacy@adversarix.io. We will verify your identity before responding, which may require additional information. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may require proof of authorization.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the basis for your appeal.
11. Third-Party Sites
The Site may link to third-party websites, including social media platforms and code repositories. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
